  1. I'm concerned about my order — what is the best way to reach you? For time-sensitive questions, we suggest emailing us at levidekneetherapy@gmail.com. Our pages are managed by the company owners, and we’re always glad to help make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
  2. I need to update my shipping address — what should I do? Please contact us within the first 24 hours after placing your order if your shipping address needs to be changed. For the fastest assistance, email us at levidekneetherapy@gmail.com.
  3. Where is my shipping confirmation? Please allow around 24–48 hours for most orders to be prepared before your shipping confirmation email is sent. During holiday periods, processing may take a little longer because of higher order volume. If you still haven’t seen it, please check your spam or junk folder.
  4. Why hasn’t my tracking information updated yet? Tracking may take about 2–4 days to refresh after your order has been processed. If it still has not updated after that window, send us an email and we’ll help look into it.
  5. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we do accept international orders. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes may differ depending on your location outside the United States.
  6. What if I want to cancel my order or changed my mind? If you would like to cancel an order or no longer wish to keep it, please email us within 1–2 days of placing the order.
